
Appointment Checklist
We require the following:
A pool that is operational, vacuumed clean, clear with full visibility throughout.*
A pool that is filled up to the middle of the skimmer, its normal operational level, unless otherwise approved.*
A quiet and undisturbed work environment for the duration of the appointment. We ask that nothing else is planned during the appointment (i.e. gatherings, use of the pool or backyard, work or construction, etc.)*
Full and unobstructed access to the pool and pool equipment, an electrical outlet, and access to the breaker box (if necessary).*
If you have a pool cover, please have it removed before our technicians arrive.*
Have any pets inside or secured from the pool area.*
*Failure to comply to these rules may result in additional charges and/or a return visit at a quieter time.

In most cases, a complete leak detection typically lasts 1-3 hours depending on how much plumbing there is to test and how many leaks you have. Leak detections that exceed 3 hours and require additional time during the initial appointment or other visits within the warranty period will have an additional charge.

No. Please notify us ahead of time if there are any gate codes or access instructions. We will need a working electrical outlet and access to the breaker box. All animals need to be inside or secured from the pool area. If no one is available upon completion of the leak detection, we will report our findings to you in the most convenient way possible. Please inquire about payment options if you do not plan to be home.

No the quoted fee is for leak detection only.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, and payment apps (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App). Our technicians take payment on-site. If you do not plan to be home, a payment must be made upfront on the morning of your appointment to keep your appointment.

Yes. All of our services have a warranty. The warranty length will be detailed on your invoice receipt.

Yes. Please do a Bucket Test (instructions here) to make sure you have a leak before we set up an appointment.

Our services include pool/spa leak detection, pool inspections, and repairs.

The pool must be filled to the middle of the skimmer so that our electronic equipment can detect active structural leakage when we are on site. If the water level is too low, dye testing in certain areas will be impossible and our electronic equipment may not be effective in finding your leak(s).

No, however the pool water must be clean and clear for dye-testing and to keep our equipment safe.

We can test and repair the plumbing as with any other type of pool. If your liner is old and deteriorating, we recommend replacing it. If it is still in good shape, we can patch it with no guarantee.

In our experience with these situations, many leaks were not accurately detected. It is best for both parties if we perform another inspection, which saves you time and money in the long run.
